Hi, I’m Liv. I started Liv Ink because I was a burnt out teacher looking for a career with a better work life balance. I wanted a career that allowed me to be creative, to be surrounded by women, and the flexibility in my schedule to prioritize motherhood. Your trust in me is a privilege and I love getting to meet you and create something special. I'm passionate about creating a space for the girls. I hope when you step into our space you can feel the energy of a business built by women with integrity. We are women first, mothers first, daughters first, sisters first, friends first. I'm honored that you're here. Your support means everything. Liv Ink has been full of so much growth, so much FUN, and so much girlhood. I know in my heart there's so much more to come. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Non-refundable Deposit Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we do our best to accommodate changes to your appointment. However, in order to respect the time and effort of our artists, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Appointments Canceled with Less than 24 Hours’ Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 25% charge of the total service amount. 2. No Show: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, a 25% fee of the service total will be charged to your account. 3. Free Services: If your appointment is for a free service (consultation, touch-up, or promotion), a $25 cancellation fee will apply if canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you fail to attend. At Liv Ink we require a deposit for all bookings to secure your appointment and ensure that our stylists are optimally utilized. This policy helps us reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations, allowing us to provide the best service to all our valued clients. Deposit Amount: A deposit of 20-30% of the service cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be credited towards your final bill. Booking and Payment: Appointments can be booked online through our GlossGenius booking site. The deposit must be paid online at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellations and Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a lost deposit and cancelation fee. Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of salon management. Acknowledgment: By booking an appointment at Liv Ink, you agree to the terms of this deposit policy.
