OUR TEAM
The Heart of Liv Ink Liv Ink was founded after Olivia left the classroom in search of balance, creativity, and the freedom to fully show up in her career and in motherhood. Her journey began in March 2024 with a focus on cosmetic tattooing, alongside small tattoos created for family and friends. What began as a creative outlet quickly evolved into a calling. A perfectionist by nature, Liv felt a deep responsibility to honor both her clients and the craft itself. Committed to learning tattooing with the respect and precision it deserves, she pursued a working apprenticeship under a realism artist with over 15 years of experience. This foundation shaped her approach—one grounded in technical excellence, thoughtful design, and refined execution. Today, Liv Ink is more than a private studio—it’s a welcoming, women-centered space where you can feel safe, respected, and cared for while receiving piercings and tattoos. With a focus on precision and delicacy, each appointment is an opportunity to connect, collaborate, and create art that honors your story. Liv Ink is built by women, for women, with integrity and intention at its core. We are women first—mothers, daughters, sisters, and friends—and that spirit shapes everything we do here. Studio Policies Please take a moment to review the studio policies below. These guidelines are in place to protect both your time and mine, ensure a smooth booking process, and maintain a respectful, professional environment for every client. Booking an appointment confirms your understanding and agreement with these policies. Please avoid tanning and spray tanning for at least a week before your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a reschedule and loss of deposit. Late Arrivals, Cancellations & No-Shows A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Clients must notify the studio if they are running late. Failure to arrive within the grace period or to communicate a late arrival may result in appointment cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the total service cost to mitigate a fraction of the loss the artist will experience if they can't fill the appointment. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be restricted from booking future appointments. Deposits A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 20–30% of the total service cost is required to secure all appointments. Larger or custom tattoo projects may require a higher deposit due to design time. Deposits are applied to the final balance on the day of the appointment. Your appointment is scheduled once your deposit has been paid. Rescheduling & Appointment Changes Please notify the studio as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Once your appointment is reserved, it cannot be changed or adjusted. Significant changes may affect the time required and resulting in rescheduling and a new deposit. • 14+ days’ notice: One courtesy reschedule permitted • 3-14 days’ notice: $25 rescheduling fee • Within 48 hours: Deposit forfeited and 50% of the service cost will be charged to mitigate a fraction of the loss the artist will experience if they can't fill the appointment. A new deposit will be required to rebook after a forfeited deposit. Identification Requirement A valid photo ID is required at the time of your appointment. If you are under the age of 18, you will need your photo ID, your parent or guardian's photo ID, and your birth certificate. Your parent or guardian's first and last name must match the name on the birth certificate, or additional documentation will be required. Your parent or guarding will need to stay for the entirety of the appointment. The Process The following outlines the full process, from submitting your inquiry through the tattooing experience. The goal is clarity and transparency at every step so you can feel comfortable and supported throughout our creative collaboration. Inquiry Submit an inquiry prior to requesting an appointment to receive a quote for your tattoo project. Email livinkllc@gmail.com. Whether you have a fully developed design or a concept you’d like to explore, Olivia is happy to guide you through the process and help bring your vision to life. She will also provide clear details on pricing, availability, and design recommendations. Confirmation Olivia will follow up with a formal quote or any follow up questions if needed. Once the details are finalized, she will share instructions for submitting your deposit. After the deposit is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details, along with helpful tips to prepare for your session. Design Olivia will gather your inspiration and begin planning your concept. At the beginning of your session, you'll collaborate on the design. For larger or more complex pieces, this phase may take up the entire session. If so, the session will be dedicated to the design process rather than tattooing, and the payment will apply to the design work. Appointment Please bring your photo ID and any necessary paperwork. Make sure to revisit preparation instructions and plan for aftercare. Olivia is looking forward to your collaboration in creating something meaningful that will last. Relax and enjoy the process--you're worth the investment. Your experience will be meaningful and peaceful.
